Diagnostic findings in patients with chest pain, cough, and shortness of breath during the COVID-19 pandemic: what else besides pneumonia?

Purpose. Description and illustration of the most common alternative causes shortness breath, cough, acute chest pain in pandemic COVID-19 conditions. Material methods. Authors evaluated results retrospective single-center study instrumental data 67 patients with complaints sudden pain, cough breath. For admitted to hospital between March, 27 June, 30, 2020, first stage diagnosis was made performed multispiral computed tomography (MSCT) chest, confirming presence pulmonary manifestations COVID-19. The did not include pneumothorax identified at pre - stages. We describe early radiographic changes organs, main vessels, coronary bed CT-confirmed O.M.
